I've had fibro for several years, but am blessed that it's not too bad for now. I'm so grateful that they have a name for it, and no one will tell me 'it's all in my head'<br />and it's somehow comforting to know that you aren't alone.....<br />I was going to a physical therapist who learned the "graston" technique (I think I spelled that right). He uses tools that look like butter knives and tire changing tools. He runs them across the muscles, which breaks down the fibers.
